Sales Negotiator needed for a busy multi-office estate agency in Loughton, IG10.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales negotiator who has a minimum 6 months experience, with exceptional skills and who has the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Main tasks:

Client management

  • Respond to enquiries and match needs with existing properties
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Show case the property and negotiate terms with both sides

Marketing

  • Locate properties for sales within the designated geography
  • Conduct marketing & promotional activities in their designated geography, contacting homeowners, arranging and participating in events to promote the service
  • Market property across online portals, arranging for professional photography and providing description details

Documentation

  • Oversee the completion of the sales process ensuring correct documentation, smooth communication and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have minimum 6 months experience
  • Be self motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Be a clear communicator, with strong client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills
  • Be target driven, ambitious and holding themselves to high standards 
  • Have a Full Valid Driving Licence
  • Have their own car for business use

Salary:

  • £18,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
