If you think you may have been exposed to or infected with COVID-19, please notify your property manager immediately so the appointment can be re-arranged.

By providing access, you are confirming that you and/or any other occupier of the property have  not been exposed to COVID-19 and are not experiencing symptoms such as high temperature, a new, continuous cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

Please read below for a series of FAQs to help answer any questions you may have about the  measures we are taking to ensure the safety of everyone involved in a property transaction.

Will the contractor wear PPE during the appointment?

Yes, the contractors will wear a face covering during all appointments. They will also use hand sanitiser before entering a property, and again after they leave.

Do I need to wear PPE during the appointment?

Whilst our contractors will be wearing personal protective equipment, the use of PPE by yourself is not a requirement. However, you are of course more than welcome to wear your own PPE.

Will you be ensuring social distancing during the appointment?

Yes, our contractors will observe social distancing throughout the appointment. We request owners  or tenants to vacate the property, however if this is not possible social distancing measures will of course be followed.
